As you can see from the survey map, below, the Goat Hill Right-of-Way is available for your future
access and I'm willing to donate part of my land for a road and help pay the costs. If you have a
bulldozer/backhoe available for roadwork, please let me know at the same time the road is being
built I could grade my lot and install a septic vault using any excavated dirt for the future road. You
are authorized to build the road on my land per this map.
People who claim adverse possession must pay taxes on their acquisition, no one paid the taxes
on this property so I did and now I own it free and clear -- you are not entitled to a free ride. There is
to my knowledge/investigation no evidence on file with the Pima County Recorder of any previous
owner granting you an easement for you to drive through my lot.
I am also looking for an engineer to design a septic system. Due to the size of the lot I may have to
use a vault/haul alternative system for the kitchen sink, with a composting toilet and greywater
drainage for everything else. I figure if they can operate a space-station, surly an engineer can
design a system to function here on earth.
I tried swapping the current Goat Hill Road alignment for the platted Goat Hill ROW but the county
stalled for THREE years, denied my application and kept the $500 application fee.
