El Camino Deserito
1.26 AC • $1500
Tax #205-65-003D
The Pavement (highlighted in
magenta, left) on El Camino
Deserito is entirely on a thirty
foot strip of land I own. I bought
the land at a tax sale and
thought I could do the County a
favor by obtaining a clear title
and selling it to them. Since the
County does not maintain El
Camino Deserito, they refused
to buy it from me. Therefore, in
order to recoup my investment
and do what is equitable, I will
sell this 30' strip of land for
about $200 more than I
invested: $1500. There are
several reasons why
homeowners who traverse this
pavement should buy it: 1. The
County will never maintain it
unless they have clear title 2.
The speed bumps are a liability,
if you don't buy this strip of
land, I will remove the speed
bumps 3. If you don't buy it, I will
close the road periodically and
collect a toll 4. If you don't buy it
I will file a NOTICE with the
County recorder indicating that
there is ownership/access
issues that may hinder sale of
your property. This Notice will
NOT apply to the landowners
North of the pavement because
they have a recorded easement.
5. Buying this pavement is the
equitable thing to do.

If you petition your neighbors to change the name of the street to
